About me..
My road to sports professional has certainly been long and bumpy. Almost 6 years I was combining my job in customer service with my job in sports, trying to find balance in between these two, wondering what it is that I really want to do.
During the summer 2018 I finally quit my job in customer service and two weeks after that I was teaching yoga in Indonesia. I was planning to stay there for 8 months, but the earthquake that hit to Indonesia forced me to return back home. This experience though made it crystal clear that teaching yoga is really my dream job.
My path in yoga first started in 2005 when I started practicing Ashtanga yoga. I practiced yoga for two year but then my focus turned into quantity oriented sports and yoga was left behind. Luckily yoga came back into my life in 2015 when I started to practice Ashtanga again. I completed my 200 hours teacher training in Rishikesh, India, 2016, followed by Aerial yoga teacher training later the same year and Yin yoga teacher training in the year 2018.
As a teacher I'm encouraging students to be firmly gentle to themselves. To be brave and to listen to one's own body and do the practice on the current basis. I hope that your mat is always your happy place and on that happy place you would be able to experience this current and precious moment as it is. ❤
